Billet Processor

Based on the multi-roller system, this machine is designed to allow the reduction and turning of puff pastry billets in a single pass, making it much more efficient than a conventional pastry brake.

A combination of reducing rollers rotating about a single station gently reduce the pastry without destroying the layers.
